“Scaling Up our Holacracy Implementation(s)” – Holaspirit User Club

This is the recording of the „Holaspirit User Club“ event, recorded on 2020-09-11, hosted by the software platform Holaspirit. The contributions centered around the question of how to scale the Holacracy practice in the context of big companies. Among the guests were Boris Dyakno, founder and director of the „Tochka“ bank for entrepreneurs, a company with 2.000 employees, as well as Dennis Wittrock, internal Holacracy coach at “Hypoport”, a German fin-tech company network with 2.000 employees, out of which currently approximately around 1.000 people are working in a holacratic way.
